Showing Desk: All showings are set up and scheduled thru our office. Once the office manager inputs the showing into our showing desk program, you will receive an email confirming the appointment. The showing agent and listing agent will also receive an email confirming the appointment. Once the showing time has passed, it will automatically email the showing agent to request feedback. It will send a feedback request to the showing agent three times. When feedback is received, it will automatically email the feedback response to both the client and listing agent.
Open Houses: We will do Open Houses to help get our listings sold.
Brochure Boxes & Flyers: We provide brochure boxes & flyers to promote your property to potential buyers.
Variable Commission Rate: If you list with me, I will offer you a variable commission rate discount
Closing Attorney Fee: If you list and sell your property with me and use my preferred closing attorney, Stanley Law Firm, at closing, I will pay your closing attorney fee.
Websites & Links: Your property will be available on multiple website and links. List attached for your review.
Print Ads: Your property will be advertised in multiple print ad publications. List is attached for your review.
Email Flyers: Your property will be emailed to all of the realtors on our board as well as our client database on E-Flyers to promote YOUR property.
