8        Your property will be entered into our own personal websites:  http://www.boydteam.com, http://www.listwitheddie.com, http://www.eddieboyd.remax.com, http://www.julieboyd.remax.com and http://www.move2myrtlebeach.com.    These sites offer additional 24 hours, 7 days a week advertising & works for you every day until your property sells.

9        www.listwitheddie.com is a website dedicated to our sellers.  It outlines what we do for your seller clients and their properties to help you get your property sold.  

10    Your property will also appear on www.Zillow.com, www.AOLrealestate.com, www.Yahoorealestate.com, www.google.com and other related links.

11     Branded Letters/Flyers/Postcards and/or emails will be sent to our extensive database which helps target areas such as Florida and the North East, where most of the people relocate here from and to help gain added exposure.   

12     We offer a wide array of Home Protection Plans

13     RE/MAX For Sale Signs & Lock Boxes are offered

14    We offer Virtual Tours on ALL of our listings
