We made an offer, sight unseen, and contingent on our inspection and viewing. When we made the trip back to Myrtle Beach, the house was everything you said it was. We really like the house. Hi Eddie,  First of all, we would like to apologize for not sending this letter to you much, much sooner.

Linda and I want to thank you for your hard work and patience in getting our place.  We are truly looking forward to making it our own.  We plan to come down for a couple weeks at the end of September to get the place settled  We also want to thank you for the donation to McLeod.  That is a special hospital for us.  On New Years Day 2007, we were at our daughters in Florence.  She was near the end of her 5th month of her 1st pregnancy.  She was not feeling well and tests indicated she was going to die if they did not take the baby immediately. She was rushed to McLeod for an emergency c-section.  She came through fine.  LIttle Cora was born 4 months early at 1 lb, 4 oz.  She would stay in the neo-natal unit until she came home in April.  She is now a healthy 2 year old thanks to McLeod.  I'll attach a couple of photos of our miracle baby.  They were just here for the 4th of July and we had a great time.
